Paid Quantity,The total quantity of the drug dispensed (e.g. individual capsules or tablets) within the year
Paid Amount,The total amount reimbursed to pharmacies or individuals for the drug by the NLPDP within the year
Paid Drug Cost,The total amount paid for drug costs within the year (as a component of the overall Paid Amount)
Paid Professional Fee,The total amount paid to pharmacies for professional fee / dispensing fee costs within the year (as a component of the overall Paid Amount)
Paid Cost Upcharge,The total amount paid for  upcharges on drug product costs within the year (as a component of the overall Paid Amount) - this was discontinued after April 1 2012
Paid  Compound Fee,The total amount paid for compounding fee costs within the year (as a component of the overall Paid Amount).  This is an additional fee paid for the preparation of a compounded medication by a pharmacy
Paid Special Services Fee,"The total amount paid for special service fee costs within the year (as a component of the overall Paid Amount).  This is an additional fee paid for either: a) a per claim transition fee as defined in the agreement with PANL, or b) reimbursement for enhanced pharmacy services such as Medication Management."
Beneficiary Co-Pay Amount,The portion of the drug claim costs paid directly by the beneficiary in the form of a co-pay.
Amount Paid by Other Drug Plans,"The portion of the drug claim costs paid by another insurance plan.  The NLPDP is Payor of last Resort, and as such if an individual has drug coverage with another insurance program (such as private insurance), the claim must be submitted and adjudicated by that drug plan first, before it is submitted to the NLPDP.  The NLPDP reimbursement is based on the net cost of the claim after the application of any payments from the other drug plan."
